Explore microarray gene expression data across 54 grapevine (cv. Corvina) samples covering some of their developmental stages (including vegetative organs such as tendrils, leaves, stems, roots, buds and seedlings, and reproductive organs such as developing berries and their tissues, withering berry stages, seeds, rachis, inflorescences, anther, carpels, petals, pollen). Each value represents the average from three biological replicates providing users an interface to explore the transcriptional programs controlling the development of different grapevine organs.
