Explore RNAseq gene expression data across 10 grapevine (cv. Pinot noir) samples covering different flower whorl/tissue in pre- (BA) and -post (AA) anthesis phase including calyx, cap, filament, anther, stigma, ovary and embryo. Each value represents the average from three biological replicates providing users an interface to explore the transcriptional programs controlling the development of different grapevine flower organs.
