The Vitviz platform is a web-based platform that offers several tools to visualize gene expression data in different transcriptomic datasets (microarray or RNA-Seq) related to the grapevine. You can also explore gene-co-expression networks, gene function associations, DAP-Seq data, and correlations between gene expression and metabolites. The platform is designed for the grapevine community and is part of TOMSBiolab at the Institute of Integrative Systems Biology (I2SYSBIO, UV - CSIC). The platform also includes a search engine for looking correspondences between all PN40024 genome annotations and the Grape Reference Catalogue.
